Return
Returns are applicable only in cases of:
1. Damaged Products – If the product is received in a damaged condition.
2. Wrong Product – If an incorrect product is delivered.
To initiate a return, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by contacting us through our support email or WhatsApp number.
Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality check by our team. If the product passes inspection, we will issue a store credit in the form of a specially generated coupon code.
The coupon code will reflect the full refund amount and can be used during your next purchase on our website.
Non returnable items
Sale items, gift card items and sarees aren't returnable.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for blouses and dresses.
Customers must send the item back to us for the exchange process.
Courier Charges: Shipping costs for returning the product are to be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process and dispatch the new product within 7 days.
Important Notes
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags intact.
Ensure proper packaging of the item when returning to avoid further damage.
